That's due to underlying changes in MicroStation CONNECT Edition that InterPlot has no control over. "Tag" (aka "Attribute" aka type 37) elements are no longer represented as header-like objects with modifiable "Text" (type 17) child elements. Instead, "Tags" are now considered distinct, atomic elements that have properties very similar to "Text" elements but are not the same thing. If you only want Text and Tag elements to be assigned round line caps, then you can use "if (type in 17,37)". Based on the documentation, it doesn't appear there is a predefined design script constant for a tag type, but I might be mistaken.
