Problem Description

A default Iplot settings file (filename.set) is being applied each time user opens the Iplot dialog from within MicroStation.  No Iplot.set nor printer-name.set file exists. (These typically run automatically when the Iplot menu is activated and/or when a specific printer is selected).  Why is this behavior occurring?

Steps to Resolve

User had previously defined the IP_DEFAULT_SETTINGS variable in their MicroStation User workspace. Once this variable was removed, the settings file no longer applied itself automatically.
