Problem Description
Getting garbage (unreadable characters) in the Preview and the Plot when processing a Word (.docx) documents in Organizer.
Steps to Resolve
Microsoft Office 2007 (or higher) needed to be installed. Office 2003 was installed and did not know how to properly process .DOCX files.
