Dawn Clark Gentry First, check the print processor on the printer, is it set to winprint in the printer Properties - Advanced - Print Processor? Another thing to check is the username/password on file store in archive.  Make sure there is a username/password and double check the password. Yep, winprint is the select processor - there's actually 2 of them 'WinPrint' and 'winprint'. It's default to the 'winprint' and have left it as is. For sanity, re-applied the same username/password in archive explorer.
